Scope of Service

The Emergency Department is ready to provide services to patients with all types of emergencies, 24 hours a day. Our team of doctors, nurses, and medical personnel are specially trained in emergency medicine, and we are equipped with modern medical equipment and a rapid response system to ensure patients receive timely assistance, reducing risks and increasing their chances of survival. 

Patient Groups Served:

1. Critical Emergency Patients

Symptoms are life-threatening and require immediate treatment, including:

• Cardiac arrest
• Severe respiratory failure
• Unconsciousness
• Severe accident/injury
• Excessive bleeding

2. Urgent Emergency Patients

Not yet critical, but delay could be dangerous, such as:

• Very high fever
• Chest pain
• Severe vomiting/diarrhea
• Minor accident with visible wounds

3. Non-Urgent Emergency Patients

General symptoms that do not require immediate treatment, such as:

• Mild headache
• Low-grade fever
• Abrasion
• Muscle pain

• Emergency medicine team available 24 hours.
• Internal medicine and surgical trauma specialists available for treatment.
• Cardiac center providing cardiac catheterization (Cath Lab) services 24 hours a day.
• Neurologists care for stroke patients until 8:00 PM.
• Surgical team available 24 hours a day.
• Pediatricians available to care for pediatric patients 24 hours a day.
• Obstetricians and gynecologists available for emergency treatment 24 hours a day.
• Registered nurses trained in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Emergency ambulance service available 24 hours a day.
• Patient triage system to ensure critically ill patients receive immediate care.
