Scope of Services

          The Health Check-Up Center at Thonburi Thawiwatthana Hospital provides annual health check-ups for individuals aged 15 years and above. Health screening programs are tailored to each individual's health condition, risk factors, age, and personal needs. Before selecting a health screening program, patients receive professional advice regarding the appropriate examinations. A medical team conducts a comprehensive health assessment, while specialized nurses provide health promotion guidance and recommendations to help patients better understand their health and maintain appropriate long-term health practices. In addition to annual health check-ups, the center provides specialized health screening services for both individuals and organizations.

Preparation Before Your Health Check-Up

1. Fast for at least 8–10 hours before the examination. Avoid all food and beverages during this period.

2. Get sufficient rest, preferably at least 6–8 hours before the examination.

3. Provide a urine sample on the day of the examination. For women, urine testing is recommended 7 days before or after menstruation.

4. Bring previous test results and relevant medical reports for reference and assessment.

5. Women undergoing an internal examination should schedule the examination 7 days before or after menstruation.

6. Patients taking regular medications should take their medication after blood collection and urine sampling, unless otherwise instructed by their physician.

7. Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before the examination.

8. If you suspect that you may be pregnant, inform the staff before undergoing any examination.

9. For any additional specialized examinations, nurses or staff will provide further preparation instructions as appropriate.
