Basic First Aid Training Activity at Assava Active and Learning Space

August 10 / 2026

On August 3, 2026, Thonburi Thawiwatthana Hospital, represented by its Emergency Room (ER) nursing team, was honored to serve as guest instructors at the Summer Camp at Assava Active and Learning Space. The team shared essential knowledge and practical skills in health care, personal hygiene, and basic first aid with children aged 3–8 years.

The activity focused on age-appropriate learning through engaging and interactive activities, helping children learn how to take care of their health and maintain good personal hygiene. They were also introduced to appropriate and safe practices in emergency situations and when experiencing minor injuries. The training was delivered in a fun and easy-to-understand format, allowing the children to apply what they learned in their daily lives.

In addition, the activity provided opportunities for the children to actively participate and practice basic skills under the guidance of the ER nursing team. This hands-on approach helped build their confidence in caring for themselves and develop essential skills for responding appropriately to various situations.

Thonburi Thawiwatthana Hospital was delighted to be part of the Summer Camp and would like to express its sincere appreciation to Assava Active and Learning Space for their trust and for the opportunity to share valuable health knowledge and experiences with the children.Thonburi Thawiwatthana Hospital is committed to promoting health education for people of all ages, supporting preventive health care, and empowering children and young people with the knowledge, understanding, and essential skills needed to take care of their own health, helping them grow up healthy and enjoy a better quality of life.
