Healthy Mom 2026: Quality Pregnancy Care Training Program

          On May 16, 2026, the “Quality Antenatal Care: Healthy Mom 2026” training activity was organized to promote knowledge and understanding of proper and appropriate prenatal care. The program focused on preparing expectant mothers both physically and mentally for pregnancy, childbirth, and effective newborn care.The event was honored by a team of physicians, nurses, and specialists in obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine, who provided essential knowledge and guidance on self-care during pregnancy. Topics included proper nutrition, appropriate exercise for pregnant women, monitoring warning signs of possible complications, and the importance of regular antenatal check-ups. In addition, the session covered comprehensive preparation for childbirth, including physical readiness, mental preparation, breathing techniques, relaxation methods during labor, and safe birth planning.Furthermore, participants received education on early newborn care after delivery, such as correct breastfeeding techniques, infant hygiene care, early developmental observation, and approaches to strengthening the mother–baby bond. These practices aim to promote the long-term physical and emotional well-being of the family.

          The atmosphere throughout the event was warm, friendly, and filled with smiles. Expectant mothers actively engaged in discussions and shared experiences with healthcare professionals in a close and supportive environment. The high level of interest and participation reflected strong awareness of prenatal health care and readiness to welcome a new family member with quality care and confidence.
